By accessing or using Centreline ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Centreline provides an online aviation ground school platform including course content, question banks, practice sessions, and mock exams aligned to the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) syllabi. The Platform is available to individual student pilots and aviation training organisations (ATOs).
You must create an account to access most Platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register and use the Platform. Accounts may not be shared between individuals.
Access to course content requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly, with no lock-in, and renew each month until cancelled. School-billed subscriptions are managed by your school's administrator. Payment is currently processed via EFT to the banking details provided at sign-up. You have the cooling-off and refund rights afforded by South African law (including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act); to request a refund, contact support within 7 days of billing.
All content on the Platform — including course material, questions, explanations, diagrams, and software — is the property of Centreline Concepts (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
You agree not to: share your account credentials; reproduce or distribute Platform content; attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Platform's operation. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Schools registered on the Platform must hold a valid ATO certificate issued by the SACAA or equivalent authority. School administrators are responsible for ensuring that invited students comply with these Terms of Service. Centreline Concepts (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend school accounts that violate our policies.
The Platform is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute official SACAA-approved training unless your ATO has specifically integrated it into an approved programme. Centreline Concepts (Pty) Ltd makes no guarantee that use of the Platform will result in passing official examinations.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Centreline Concepts (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure of examinations.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
